i just take it pre workout for a little pump. i take 1 cc which is 4 mg.

doing my first trial with albuterol (4 mg tabs)

been on it for 8 days so far (running it with t3).

nowhere as jittery as clen.....but i do feel it.

started off with 4 mg 1x a day, now up to 4mg 3x a day..might bump it up to 4 and see what happens.

seems pretty good so far.

far as the sides, it's much cleaner than the clen...results are still pending

I take a dose of 2-4mg up to 2x day usually before a workout
