ala timing question

i understand the halflife is 30mins, but appox how long does it take for the capsule to dissolve in your stomach.....like when do i start the clock on the 30mins...obviosouly not the second i swallow it cuz the ala isn't in my blood yet..so would i take my ALA like rite after my workout then eat or drink my carbs about 5-10mins from there?

simple carbs can elevate glucose levels a lot in 10 min, i dont see why ala couldnt absorb that fast.

thats not what i mean.....i mean its not like ala can work when its still in the f'n capsule...how long until your stomach acids dissolve the gelcap

why dont you try putting a gelcap in your mouth?

then you could see how fast.

and who cares? it will be in your blood very fast, who cares when the stomach dissolves it. time into blood is a matter of minutes.
