Who know and who have test AICAR (Acadesine)?
And can you explain me the real effects...
Because in France actually everybody builder talk about this products

AICAR blocked adipogenic conversion in 3T3L1 cells along with significant decrease in the neutral lipid content by downregulating several adipocyte-specific transcription factors including peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), C/EBPα and ADD1/SREBP1, which are critical for adipogenesis in vitro.

Losing fat for 99.9% of the population is not rocket science it just involves a little work and determination and at the end of the day is a side effect of a healthy lifestyle that includes a good diet and exerice. People really need to stop looking for magic pills IMHO.

Bump I would be interested in this along with. I'm lean but I also want the endurance and ability to repair tendon damage. I was resaerching GW-501516 when the site refered to Acadesine as complimenting the GW.
