So tell me if I have this straight:

Aromasin on cycle to control estro
Clomid after for PCT
Nolvadex on hand for gyno (I am not prone to this at all)

Right now I'm on cycle and taking 10mg Aromasin daily. It's only day 2 so I can't say much to it's effectiveness but I just wanted to be sure I have this AI thing straight. It was always something I ignored in the past and I'm trying to do things the right way this time around. I have all these substances on hand so if I need to adjust let me know. Thanks...

nolva is very outdated for preventing gyno. you need to keep estrogen in check with your AI

nolvadex is NOT an aromatase inhibitor, its an estrogen blocker which is quite different than an ai... you need clomid and nolva in pct, not on cycle... aromasin is all you need on cycle for estrogen control
