advice on when to pin

Hi bros, I got my gear (test) and I will running 600 mg a week split in 2 shots, I wonder how you guys pin, days on or days off? some people told me to pin on days off to avoid working a sore injection site, so advices will be highly appreciated, thank you.

I pin before workout to work it properly into the muscle or in the evening before i sleep. I guess it doesn't really matter. Just don't do it post-workout when you have a pump.

I pin when I need to pin. If it's every other day (EOD) then that's when I pin.

a smooth cyp shouldn't give you much if any PIP anyway. if you are pinning and having soreness you are either getting dirty gear or you are allergic

When you pin really makes no difference. Do it whenever you are relaxed so you aren't rushed and don't jiggle the needle.

I like to pin in the morning after having a hot shower.

It makes no difference. If you are running a long ester just pin twice per week.
