About to come off 1st cycle, need some tips

ive got all the necessary stuff, clomid,arimidex,glucosamine to lube up the joints, and might throw in some clen and a small dose of anavar.i need some tips more like training regimen. and any other things i can expect post cycle. that emotional clomid shit scares me. i hope it doesnt affect me like a bitch. any ideas and comments are appreciated.
