what's up guys I have suffer from chronic back pain for years and I heard some AAS are very effective for this problem through Epidural Injections, I wonder which roids is the most effective to use in this cases, thank you.

ditto. not AAS. maybe deca can help in an intramuscular injection as its purported to increase the lubricant fluid around the joints.

you are confusing cortico steroids vs. anabolic steroids first off

2nd epidurals will only numb the pain, it won't cure you or solve the problem.

the #1 reason for chronic back pain is being too fat.. so lose weight
the next is having a desk job.. get a stand up desk
and finally i recommend trying hot yoga, it will help bigtime add flexibility and loosen up muscles

stay away from chiropractors and massage therapists, they will actually make the problem WORSE 99% of the time

You are confusing corticosteroids and anabolic steroids. Anabolic steroids will not improve back pain at all.

And whatever you do - DON'T GO GIVING YOURSELF EPIDURALS. Leave that to the medical professionals not gym buddies. You only need to fuck up one time with a spinal jab and you'll be fucked for life.

holy sh**. do people actually do that!?
