See I am a big believer in longer cycles as well but I also take a really long break in between and I'm thinking it's really not needed. Well maybe later on as I age I will need more off time. This year for example after my 7 month long cycle I got blood work done 2 months after my cycle ended and the doc said all my values were within normal range. Hmmmmm maybe I'm lucky? I dunno. We'll see. My next cycle I said would be for 6 months but knowing me I'm sure I will extend it one month or 2.

So I'm thinking start March through October. Take November through Feb. off. Perfect!!!
