No don't. You do a hard physical job and are an ectomorph. I do a LOT less than half that list.

Here's what I did Friday (shoulders and arms):

Seated Iso Press
4 sets inc a warm up

Hammer db curls
5 sets inc warm ups

Tricep Pressdowns
3 sets

Wrist Curlls
3-4 sets

Did you leave feeling you done all you could? You dont look small so I'd of thought that was just your warm up haha

i like a 3 day split routine. push/pull/legs and rinse and repeat.

but mixing things up like this isn't wrong if that is what you enjoy doing.

So Monday push
Wednesday pull
Friday legs

I may see how I get on with it then go from there

Most people would over train on the program you wrote. Remember that when you train with weights, you are actually breaking down the muscles. It's when you rest/recover that your body actually repairs and grows.

I would do push, pull, legs, rest. I wouldn't train 5 days in a row without a day off. After training hard for 2-3 days in a row, your central nervous system will need a break.

If you can only train M-F, I would do MT, wednesday off, TF, Saturday sunday off

That's changed as of last night

Monday: off

Tuesday: chest/back/

Wednesday off

Thursday: shoulders

Friday: legs

Saturday: triceps

Sunday: bicep/forearm
