4 months CUT, 2 months BREAK, 3 months MASS

Im only using sustanon for the current project im on right now. Like i posted before, I need to cut around 50lbs of fat in 4 months w/[email protected], then keep cutting clean for 2 months and then start building mass again with [email protected] for 12 weeks.

Is this good?

If your going to use Testosterone to "cut" then I suggest runing Anastrozole through out your cycle to keep away any estrogen induced sides (ie...bloat and gyno). It's all about your diet so make sure your on top of that and hit the cardio at least 3-4 times a week. I never like to "cut" when not using any type of AAS as I find I lose to much muscle. Between cycles I usually follow a maintanance diet of around 3500 cals a day and still do cardio 2-3 times a week but not as intense. When you start the "mass phase" I'd throw in some D-Bol to go along with the Test.
