4 day SPLITS while on or off...what u guys do??

hey fellaz just seeing what you guys do while on the sauce for your split or for that matter your split in general...

i did a search to see if we covered this and nothing came up really so i figured we could talk about organizign the bodyparts the best way...


heres my current split maybe looking to change, (maybe i said!) has worked great....

M: chest/bi
T: quads/hams/forearms
W:OFF
Th: delts/calves/abs
F: back/traps/tris

M- Shoulders/ Vertical Back/ Calves
T- Legs/ Abs
W- Abs/ Cardio
Th- Chest/ Horizontal Back/ Calves
Fri- Arms/ Abs
Saturday- Cardio/ Abs
Sunday- Nothing.

That is my current split. I believe back is too large of a muscle group to hit in one day, thus the split.
 
I like going with a 5 day split....

Mon - Chest/Abs
Tue - Bi's, Tri's
Wed - Off
Thur - Shoulder's/Trap's
Fri - Back/Forearms/Abs
Sat - Off
Sun - Legs
 
I do an eight day split. Every other day regardless of day of week.

Day 1 Legs (Squat)

Day 3 Chest/Shoulders/Arms (Bench)

Day 5 Back (DL)

Day 7 Arms

My split

Currently, my split looks like this:

M: Chest, rotator cuff
T: Hams, back
W: Off
T: Quads
F: Delts, Bi's, Tri's
SS: Off

I usually do something on my days off (roller blading, mountain biking, hiking, football, kayaking) so I'm active almost every day.

I like to split legs into two days, hams go well with back (SLDL's) and I found that after killing my quads I had nothing left for the hams.

I do abs and calves several times a week, no specific days.

Here goes

When on its like this and my results are great.

day 1--- chest,tris,delts
day2----back,bis
day3-----quads,hams,calves
day4 rest
day5 repeat

When off The same except 3 days rest instead of 1

I know some would overtrain like this but I dont.
