I dunno if this is the right Thread to write it on so im sorry if it is
But I just need to find out if someone has experience the same thing as me its simple!
If I get 4-5 Hours sleep = I get super nice energy rest off the day and in the work I get hyper and start danceing etc really happy and this is without any supplements maybe 1 coffee cup sometimes.
if I sleep 7-10 hours = I dont get this super energy I can have nice energy but get lazy faster etc I dunno why...
so just wanted to see if someone has the same problem as me ? Is it something with my health to do ? is it danger?
