WHEN I TAKE IT, I TAKE 50MG ABOUT A HALF HOUR BEFORE CRUNCH TIME. I DONT NEED IT (I'M IN MY EARLY 20'S) BUT ITS FUN TO TAKE IT SOMETIMES.

IC351 (tadalafil, trade name Cialis) is a new representative compound of the second generation of selective phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors. The selectivity ratio vs PDE-5 is more than 10 000 for PDE-1 through PDE-4 and PDE-7 through PDE-10 and 780 for PDE-6. In the European daily-dosing trial, the efficacy rates were up to 93% for successful intercourses with completion in the 50-mg dose in patients with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (ED). In two different dose-ranging studies with 2-25 mg taken as needed, efficacy rates of up to 88% improvement in erections and up to 73% successful intercourses with completion were achieved. In a placebo-controlled, fixed-dose (10- and 20-mg) trial in diabetic patients, improved erections of 56% and 64% were reported compared with 25% after placebo. Drug-related adverse effects, with headache in up to 23% of patients (placebo, up to 17%), dyspepsia in up to 11% (placebo, up to 7%), back pain in up to 4.7% (placebo, 0%), and myalgia in up to 4.1% (placebo, up to 2.4%), were mostly mild to moderate. Neither drug-related serious cardiovascular adverse events nor color vision disturbances were encountered. The long half-life (>17 h), with a comfortably long window of opportunity, releases couples from the need to plan sexual activities and therefore provides the highest amount of spontaneity for sexual activities.

On-demand IC351 (Cialis) enhances erectile function in patients with erectile dysfunction.

The efficacy and safety of on-demand dosing of IC351 in men with erectile dysfunction was assessed in a multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. One hundred seventy-nine men (mean age: 56 y) were randomized to receive placebo or IC351 at doses of 2, 5, 10 or 25 mg, taken on demand over a 3-week period. The primary endpoints were change from baseline in responses to Questions 3 (Q3) and 4 (Q4) of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF). IC351 significantly improved IIEF Q3 scores at all doses vs placebo (P < or =0.003). IC351 also significantly improved IIEF Q4 scores in all but the 2 mg group (P < or =0.0003). No significant changes in laboratory values, ECGs, or blood pressure were observed. The most common adverse events were headache and dyspepsia. The conclusion of this study was that on-demand IC351 at doses up to 25 mg was well tolerated and significantly improved erectile function.

1.) I find it doesnt matter, however, I normally will not eat after 7pm or so. I have eaten and then 45 mins later took Cialis.
2.) You can take it as soon as 15-20 mins prior to sex. I personally waited 45 mins or so. You kinda get a light headed feeling, then all of a suddon, ever vein in you opos out and you are ready to go. lol
3.) At 220 I took 1 1/2 pills. I have been cutting and am now at 200, and I take a full pill and often and extra 1/4 pill. I noticed that while one worked ok, I needed the extra, very simular response to viagra as well off cycle. - - - For you I would suggest two tabs.

Tried it last night but think I might need to bump it to 2 or maybe 2.5. Thing is I am on about a gram a test a week and already horny as a motherfucker. I tried it last night with a bottle of wine and the wife and sex was great as usual but I didnt get myself a "Blue Vein Throbber" like I was expecting. I was able to go alot longer than usual but when I was done I was done. I did notice that throughout the night I woke up hard and same in the morning. My thoughts are it really didn't kick in till later with me like a few hours after I took them. So this time I will take them earlier and at a bit of a higher dose. My significant other is going to try it this time also. Since she did enjoy last night quite abit.

1- Cialis: doesnt matter, can be taken on full stomach and even after alcohol. Viagar: try on empty stomach and sobber for better results.
2- Cialis: 10-15 minutes. Viagra: 20-30 minutes before seems ok.
3- 1 tab is enough. Concerning Viagra well if you dont have any sexual dysfunction then 50 mg should be ok, otherwise bump it at 75 mg. DONT ever try that while juicing............ your BP will go through the roof !!!!!
