3 day update.

A shout out to all the guys and Huck for helping me with a recent problem I had regarding AS and no pumps in the gym. As it turned out my diet was suffering and since have followed a semi-strict diet of 380-400 grams of protein a day. The pumps were back on strong in two days.

Thanks guys.

Now I am off to the gym.
