22 year old needs advice

I am 22 and looking to lose fat and look lean . I've been training for a while and I've had gains but not enough and not enough fat loss . I've been reading around and heard that steroids cause man " boobs " is this true ? thank you , I never consider using steroids until hit plateau training and dieting naturally and I'm frustrated, so I need some guidance on a cycle for fat loss and some muscle, thank you

steroids can cause side effects including yes gyno.

if you are trying to lose weight i will tell you what i told the other guy just now. steroids are NOT fat burners. that is something you need to realize. there are no magic pills

first off you need to get your diet and training on point.

next if you want something to help with fat loss while keeping muscle i recommend a simple sarm's stack. go with the triple stack from sarms1. it will give you a boost in the gym and help burn off fat

@stevesmi got you well covered on the steroid aspect of the matter. However, what is your diet like? How do you train? Most probably the solution lays right there.
 
If you want to loose fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit.

It's as simple as this

body weight = calories consumed - calories burned

to loose body weight (and body fat) you need to burn more calories then you eat.

A rough estimate to determine how many calories you need is to multiply your body weight (in pounds) by 15. That will give you the amount of calories needed to maintain your current body weight. If your goal is to gain weight, multiply your body weight by 17-18. If your goal is to loose weigh, multiply your body weight by 12-13.
For example, a 200 pound person would need 3000 calories to maintain his weight (200 x 15 = 3000).


Once you have determined your calorie needs. Set your protein intake. A good number to shoot for is:
1-1.5 grams of protein/pound of body weight for natural athletes
1.5-2grams of protein/pound of body weight for enhance athletes


Once you have set your protein intake, fill the rest of your calorie intake with carbohydrates and fat.
 
Steroids do not burn fat. It sounds like you need to lean out a bit before you use gear. Just start focusing on diet. You need to be in a caloric deficit every single day.
