Sorry I'm 22 yrs old 6ft - 200lbs
Been lifting 5 years. This would be my second cycle. Diet is clean apart from a few cheat meals on weekends. On cycle, diet would be bang on. 4 - 5000 cals a day and i aim for 300g protein.
Body fat at a guess around 13%
I'm stuck deciding on Deca or Eq.. I'm looking to put on some good mass with no more body fat if i can help it. My goal is to reach 210 -215 lean.
I won't cycle for longer than 12 weeks and can't really afford it either.
