10 days after gyno surgery

Well my chest is certainly much flatter than before but my nips still have a bit of the puffy look. I'm still swollen and the doc said it will be at least 2 or 3 more weeks before I'll have an idea of what the final results will be. he said it can actually take 3 months for the final results to appear. I'll post some before and after pics when this swelling goes down.

Have you been able to start training again? If not, how long do you think you'll be kept out of the gym?

I'm going to try working out next week using just an empty bar. I'm still a bit sore when I try to stretch my chest.
