1:00 P.M. – Diet Pepsi
1:45 P.M. – Meal # 3:
- baby spinach leaves
- 4 sliced strawberries, 15-20 blueberries....
- Fat Free Beu Cheese
- Tyson diced roasted chicken breast 1.5 oz
- 7 Triscuits crackers
- working on 500 ml water

Must have been emotional - I wanted to eat more, couldnt sleep, but it passed. I am going to the gym this morning to rid some of this stress without overdoing it, of course. Steam room and hot tub are calling my name :p

Haven't been to the steamroom and sauna for months.. sounds good
