Ya know, not too much really. My hands get all clammy and tingly from the t-rex so I guess all (if any) sides are from that. Doesn't bother me much at all, I'm just antsy and can't get any work done (probably because Im on Ef all day :rolleyes: )

It's my 'stack' I guess, since you can use them in conjuction ...

lol, I usually have a banana, but on Wed. I tried to go without it, and girl, like clock work, 20 MIN LATER got sick, 2 min after that had my 2nd wind and had a great workout :)

5:20 P.M. – WEIGHTS - SHOULDERS:
- DB Lateral raises 3 sets - 10/10 12/10 12/8
- DB press 3 sets – 15/10 15/8 15/9
- DB Front Laterals: says 2 but I did 3 sets – 10/8 8/10 8/10
- Upright rows, I used a body bar & did 3 sets – 18/15 21/13 27/10
- Shrugs 3 sets – 25/10 25/10 25/10
- Rev pec dec 3 sets – 40/8 50/8 40/10
ABS: Kicked my ass
- Supersets: bicycles with upper body motion & lying leg scissors; 3 cycles of one minute each

6:30 P.M. – Meal 4(after weights)
- SUPP, 1 Glucorell-R
- Protein shake........
- 2 ¼ scoops of ISO AGB
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon creatine
- 1 teaspoon glutamine powder
- 4 strawberries, 10 blueberries
- multi vitamin
6:45 P.M. – Diet Pepsi

I will stick with Lev on empty stomach now (per Shawdow's suggestion) seems to work wonderfully...

- couple shakes of pepper

7:15 A.M. - 4 Levorex, Yohimburn ES, multi vitamin
7:30 A.M. – HIIT Cardio, Treadmill, 8 minute warmup, 30 seconds 15 Incline HARD (5.5-5.8) , followed with 60-75 seconds of rest, 8 cycles
- This morning HIIT killed me :( I was barely able to walk fast after 30 sec of hard, but when I was done I wanted MORE
8:00 A.M. - Meal # 1:
- Protein shake........
- 2 ¼ scoops of ISO AGB
- ½ - 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 teaspoon creatine
- 1 teaspoon glutamine powder
- 3 strawberries, 10-15 blueberries
- SUPPs, 1 Glucorell-R
