It's going to be awhile unfortunately. I got a ride to work this morning. I think some peeps will go to my house to check out my car later (hopefully). Last night was rough! but I didnt turn to food to help so Im happy with that. I forgot my water bottle today :splat:

• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil & dash sea salt


Meal 3
• Myoplex Original


Meal 4
• 4.5 oz Chicken (baked in Fat Free EVOO spray & Tomato Basil Garlic Mrs. Dash)
• 1 cups Broc/Cut Green Beans blend
• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil & dash sea salt


Meal 5
• 1 cup Egg Beater Omelet (with diced broc/g.beans + 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Sargento Mexican Blend, dash Sea Salt)
• 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal with dash splenda/cinnamon + Handful raspberries
• 1 Granny Smith Apple
• Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light

Daily Goal(s) – WORK! and dont eat like $h1t

Diet - Been within cal range 10-12 x since the 1st, want a steak but don’t want to cook it and cannot go out to eat :chomp: .. totally wanted to have some wine & cheat meal but I conquered that craving :) Im so proud of myself.

Mood - Overwhelmed

Workout – This is depending on car resolution, may take another day off (which is NOT unplanned, workouts are few lately by choice b/c of ‘break’)

Soreness – Neck, Posture, blah … Need to look into those thermocare things still, nothing sore b/c I haven’t trained :rolleyes:

My car seems to sense when I have spare money. Breaks down just enough + 10%, LOL.

I hope yer mood improves. :heart:

Splenda. How do you get it to dissolve. I put it in my ANPB & it makes it grainy. I use it in my coffee & it seems a little scummy.

Ive never had a problem with it. I also don't use it more much 'cept maybe oatmeal, and I can eat that just with berries now (proud of myself)

Last 2 weeks, we've only had a 3 day work week, this is the busiest time of year so no, im not lucky, lol. Trying to catch up AND get 2 weeks ahead of schedule b/c Im going to gone for a few days next week to tend to some things that need tending. :D

:wavey: hey girl! You know when something is wrong with the car (or anything for that matter) it just so happens that when others test drive it or look at 'said issue' it seems to disappear lol and they dont hear what you hear... Glad I got the extended warranty so it will be handled, reminds me how lucky I am to have a car & yet I take it for granted ... ahhhh lessons of life :D
