though usually it is less hard tissue gyno than it is soft tissue gyno.
it usually acommpanies rapid weight gain with the aquisition of more than average fat. This kind of gyno can be gotten rid of of more easily because it is really just havinf female fat storage patterns- there is actually little or no hard breast tissue. Hard tissue gyno on the other hand is rather hard to get rid of.
BTW- PHIEND not everybody gets some gyno, in fact the opposite is the case, the majority of people dont get any. during puberty that is- unless you are perhaps accounting for microscopic amounts undectable to the touch or the human eye.
