As far as diet, keep carbs and protein around 300g over five or six meals. By 6 weeks out, if your too smooth, drop your carbs accordingly. Water 1.5-2 gallons per day. That's what i do. I started out with one a day, but when i knew i was running low, switched 1/2 and i'm getting the same results. Did i mention the "V" is my favorite? Run the sus till your out. Diet

Follow a diet of 1.5 gms proteinn per pound body weight

50gms to no more than 100gms of fat (not lsaturated)

and 100-300gms carbs (low glycemic) I find that I respond better the lower the carb intake.

And do cardio after every workout at least 20 minutes getting your heart rate into the 70% range for your age (physical not time age)

This is a generic plan that should be varied on an individual basis.
