Before I hit the weights hard again I dropped almost 30lbs taking that on the weekends and clen during the week. Wasn't even working out.  <BR>Anyhow I was told you don't lose muscle mass with it. I take my girl once a month to the Dr. for a checkup to have her weight checked. Yes....one of the side effects is weight loss due to appitite suppression, but it cost me around 90$ for 30 pills....quite expensive!!!! If you get it cheaper...GREAT !!
