Spread the dosages out thtoughout the day. As for the duration, I only stayed on for 3 weeks. I've never had any problems like I experienced when I did a cycle of 'drol. But those symptoms disappeared when I got off of those too.||205.187.95.150||reg||

I would keep the doses to around 20 mg or lower, and try not to stay on Halo for longer than five weeks.  You will get VERY strong -- considering that you are putting on very little weight.
