I as well am researching my 1st cycle and plan to include deca. here is some info that I have gathered.
not much to worry about with side effects(one of the least harmful substances)
solid gains that will stay
helps joints to handle more weight
several aquaintances of mine have used this particular element to achieve a very hard and solid, well toned physique
also if you plan on stacking, primo is a good candidate. many swear by a test for great gains however this is where you get into side effects.

Sounds whack, I know, but it's true for me.
If you're seriously worried, pick up some chrysin (or nolvadex/proviron if you're REALLY worried) and proscar/propecia.
Note that the "accessory" drugs is how cycles get really expensive. The sauce is cheap compared to all the other stuff. Throw in some acne medication, silymarin for the liver, HCG, clomid, tribulus (hey, every little bit helps)... starts to add up.
Bottom line is, if you're worried, start the cycle with all the anti-side effect drugs/supps IN HAND. That way if you notice nipple trouble, hair loss, etc. you've got the "antidote" right there.

I have been clean a year and a half taking proscar just to regain the hair lost in a 6 week cycle, just think it over.

Give every amount a chance of two weeks minimum to see what happens and think of it: stacking is for guys they tried the single things and they didnīt work anymore or only in mega high doses.

Go ahead, Deca it's pretty safe, but like one bro said above, try it for 2 weeks, and i suggest stacking with primo or winny.
