I think the dose advocated by many is something like 30-60mg every other day, but I started my first fina cycle with 75mg every other day. Just make sure to drink plenty of water. Alot of people will disagree with me on this but fina is my favorite drug. Can be used for cutting or quality muscle gains with tremendous strength gains.
