I'm currently training M-F and would like to employ this into my routine. I've been back in the gym and am almost to where I was when I stopped as far as strength and endurance.  I have one bottle of each (test50 = 20ml, equigan = 50ml).  I'm currently 220lbs with ~15 - 18% bodyfat.  I stand 5'8".  My main objective is to reduce my bodyfat to ~10%, while gaining mass to my frame. The amount of weight I gain is not important to me as long as it is lean muscle.  I currently train 4 days a week(ex.Monday - Legs, Tuesday - Chest & Biceps, Wednesday - Shoulders & Back, Thursday - Triceps, Forearms & Calves), but am flexible to change this for this cycle.  (Any suggestions for a routine is appreciated also.)  What else would you like to know?||204.151.114.18||reg||
