Where is the email and ICQ service area ?
Why not combine most, if not all of the other forum areas into one ? ie....diet, training forums could all easily be under one topic. This should increase the number of threads and maybe keep people interested in the board.

I am glad to see you have ICQ (cool feature no?) What do you mean by the email and ICQ service area? ICQ is at http://www.icq.com you can email a page to a friend by clicking on "Email this page to someone!"
Good idea on combining the other boards. I had wanted to make the Anabolic Board for the discussion of anything related to Bodybuilding and leave the other boards for specific groups (Women, People with HIV, Power Lifters) Let's give it a bit more time and see how it goes.
