inject into your belly skin twice a week for best results. Pills breakdown in your system and are not as effective. go shots

I used to take B12 shots and still do if I need a quick boost. However, for regular usage I would recomend taking a time released B12 pill. The shots are a little more effective mg for mg and are faster acting but the pills will give you the same effect in the long run if taken at an effective dose. If you begin to feel sick on a cycle, inject a cc of B12. That always makes me feel much better and normally kicks in in under an hour.

I have read in a supplement review book that people can go for up to 5 years without taking in B12 and not become deficient. However, I think the effect that we all feel with B12 supplementation is due to its role as an antioxident and immune system booster.

Later,
