i am planning on taking this in a cycle...i would like to loose 10 pounds of fat and gain about five of muscle and get shredded in the process i was planning on taking this with a high protein/ low carb diet and plenty of cardio...ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.....THANKS IP: Logged |

Go for It !!! Put some ECA and Yohimbine toguether... Clenb 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Cardio with just the suplements on the stomach, pref first thing in the mourning. Make 5 meals / day. Winny max 200-250mg/week it's ok. Tap down in the 2 last weeks... Good work !! ------------------ Take Care. IP: Logged |
