Hey Crip, i think i'm doing ok, i'm not eating too much, like: Gym early in the morning with empty stomach (just the ECAY), after that a fruit, one hour after some protein shake, one tuna sandwish and yougurt for lunch, protein shake at 4:00 pm, tuna sandwish at 18:30, for dinner just steak or some other protein. Cardio 4 times/week.

are you naturally chubby?
do you get really tired after eating carbs?
if so you may want to try one of the low or zero carb diets

If i were eating that few calories I would die, though- I usually eat 4-5 thousand a day sometimes more if bulking.

You may also want to up your calories 1 or 2 days every week or two. this will help keep metabolism up.

I really dont like thyroid products- I think that they benefit only a small portion of the population- those people with real low thyroid already.

My choice of course would be DNP-

YOUR PROBLEM IS THE CARBS BRO! DUMP THE FRUIT AND THE BREADS! EAT POTATOES MAN! WATCH THE SHAKES ALSO(MILK OR WATER?) LOOK AT THE CONTENTS! YOU HAVE TO BURN MORE THAN YOU INGEST, YOUR ONLY BURNING WHAT YOU EAT! JUMP UP YOUR PROTEIN AND CUT YOUR CARBS, YOU GOTTA BURN IT OUT OF YOUR BODY BRO!HIT YOUR CARDIO IN THE AM BEFORE YOU EAT, OR LATE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER! TRY IT FOR A COUPLE IF YOUR SHILL HAVING A PROBLEM GET BACK WITH ME BUT I THINK THIS WILL HIT IT!

your not eating right away after the morning workout... you have to eat as soon as possible.

try eating a huge meal 40/30/30 prot, carbs, fat after workouts and low carb high in protein the rest of the day...you just might see some improvement.

I have been on a program called NHE - Natural Hormonal Enhancement. Its the basic no carbs, medium fat and mega protein. If you're wanting to lose the fat, try moderating your fat intake on this diet, and concentrate on protein. Try using Soy milk with your protein drinks, and make sure the powder doesn't contain too much carbs. Watch out for all the hidden carbs like in tomato/bbq sauce etc. Throw away all your low-fat foods because they usually substitute the fat for sugar, and thats high carbs.

Im currently on a 3/4 day split. That is on the 3rd day of the diet, I have a carbo load for dinner (non starchy carbs like pasta and potato) and then 4 days later I have another carb load for dinner, then 3 days I have a carbo load, then 4 days later i carbo load and so on. You must be strict though. Initially go without carbs for 7 days strait (well under 25g/day) and then on the 8th day, begin your 3/4 day cycle.

It works very well. I just watched the fat drop off my body. You just have to stick with it!!

Regards,

DM

If your main concern is gettingcut try this. Understand you will probably be sacrificing some mass. Everyday in either the morning on an empty stomach or after you last evening meal. Do 20 minutes of Cardio (no more than that) do two minutes of jogging, 2 minutes of sprinting, if your on a treadmill I mean at lest 12MPH then 6-7 mph then 10-12 mph then 7-8 mph then 10-12mph then 7-8 mph and so on. Mix this with an ECA stack and don't miss any days for at least two months and you problem will be solveld if you watch what you eat and eat frequently. Keep lifing too 3-4 days a week
