Makes the arms look so damn good, but I cant get mine out....I've got my arms up to 19.5" pumped, but the vein only comes out when lifting....

Whatta I need to do, more hammers..?!?...my forearms are nothing but veins (?!?)
Probably need to lose some bodyfat..eh..?
I want the vein out for summer !!!
Help !!!

You hit it right on the head bro! B.f. lowered will bring your bicep vien.. My understanding is concentration curls also bring that particular vein out also!

dont forget, some people have their veins deeper in their arms... and the skin can possibly be thicker.. some dont get them big ass veins, and some do... dillet has gushing fucking veins, but check out ray.. ray is always in better condition but doesnt have them massive veins bulging... when you get your fat levels low, try taking some niacin or good old sodium... that can help em come out for a little bit.

If you go and take niacin watch out i took 1gm and i got an incredible reaction, turned bright red and i soaked my clothes with sweat, sure my veins were popping like huge snakes in my body but i didn't like the itching and reddness.

He's serious about that niacin stuff. Try 50 or 100mg and see what that does. Too much niacin gives you a "flushing" effect (it makes you feel "flushed"... it's weird and not too pleasant)

Here's my advice for making your veins pop out... have a glass of red wine. More fun than popping niacin tabs, that's for sure!

Bro,
If your arms are 19 1/2, your training isn't the problem but your BF levels are probably top high. Do you know what you % is? If you are lean enough, try a 3-4 day gradual carb depletion followed by a carb up with insulin. Your veins will be popping out of the skin. You can also try rubbing on Thiomucase cream which will pull water from under your skin. Hope this helps

BF is 19%...so that is high...but I do have thick skin, yet my forearms are loaded..!?!

Can I get that cream from any drugstore...?

I dont have any insulin, so would the carb depleting be a waste of time, or will is still do a little..?

I cant wait to see what my arms look like with that vein out..!!!

You will probably have to buy Thiomucase cream through mailorder because it is on the FDA banned list. It is produced in France and comes in cream, injectable, and suppository. (yuck) You can still carb up without insulin although it will be less effective. Try using any supplements that assist in your bodys uptake of carbohydrates such as creatine, chromium, and vanadyl sulfate. Well I'm off for the holiday weekend.
