First of all, I'd like to say that if you need to
take ephedrine to get the energy to train-lift
weights-bodybuild...you're in too big a hurry to
be something you're not. Body training is to
better your body. Ephedrine isn't a part of that.
No matter how you look at it. I currently take
60-70 25mg. tablets of ephedrine daily, luckily
I haven't suffered too many side affects. But I
have suffered some. My total mg. of ephedrine
is 1500mg. daily, but it was almost 2500mg. daily.
I agree with the person who said you need a psy-
chiatrist. I am a combined anorexic-bulimic and
have been for 13-14 years. This is why I take
ephedrine. I think a person who doesn't need eph-
edrine medically should seek help. I did, but I
have also done some permanent damage to my
bronchial tubes and lungs. I have C.O.P.D.
(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) --combined
asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema. And I'm only
29 years old. Medically I can't stop taking them
or I'm told I will have respitory failure, so I
have to be weaned off them and medicated at the
same time. Neurologically, your muscles will
eventually tire out because your nerves will fry
and so you take more to get more energy, but you
are just speeding up the process of slowing down
permanently. If you want to give advice, try
something like : DON'T TAKE EPHEDRINE. IT'S LIKE
A MASK. JUST WHEN YOU THINK YOU'RE MAKING
PROGRESS WITH YOUR BODY, YOU'LL LOSE YOUR NERVE
AND YOUR MIND!
