: I'm not one of the authors but my guess is that the DEA already knows everything in the report (no offense meant to the authors) and they can't do a whole lot about it. After all to my knowlege (havn't had a chance to get the report yet) it covers legalities,how to find sources as the come up, and how to ship things inconspicoully. The DEA can't do shat about the laws and they have their hands more than full with the presently active sources. As for as the last one goes, I think basicly the idea is to make your package look as inconspicous as possible so unless the dea wants to personelly inspect every package going from one country to another then I do believe their shit out of luck. So oops, looks like we now know what the knew but didn't want us do know. Don't ya just love screwing the goverment back, it never fails to put a smile on my face. Later,
