You noticed something very important when you switched to test. No gain because your receptors were downgraded and you already had enough of your own end test around and this extra won't help at all. Another way to 'tell' is when your sex drive goes down when you're on a 19. APF is right but how fast they downgrade also has a bit to do with how much you take and you didn't state that! Anarchy in the USA!
