They took what was recommended for their weight and I think that info was taken from that pseudo-russian study. Anybody ever use medline and wonder why there are no russian studies on there! Every other country is represented but not the soviet union! That should tell you guys something! They didn't take anywhere near 5gm/kg. That would be a pound of ecdysterone a day for a human! HAHA! Gee I wonder why it doesn't work? If I ate a pound of sugar a day I might see some anabolic affects too! Anarchy in the USA!
