Nepean is on the East side of Ottawa, I just came back from there 15 minutes ago, did the trip in 6 hours flat. Anyways, my girl is from Ottawa (hence the trip) and she knows of all the good gyms, I'll ask her today. As for Canadian laws, it is legal to posess a personal amount of anabolic steroids, but it is illegal to buy or sell them, including importation. Just ask BC about the hassles with this one.
