I'll tell you how I do it. I'm a sterile freak. I've heard about abscesses and I have no desire to have an ass-cheek amputated. I always inject after I take a shower. While I'm in the shower I thouroughly soap and scrub the desired ass cheek. When I get out of the shower I dry off. Then I take a sterile dart out of it's package. I usually use 23 gague/ 1 in. I draw up the steroid, or if it's an ampule, I'll pull the plunger out of the back of the cylender and pour as much of the juice into the cylender as I can and then suck out what's left. Then I set the syringe on the edge of the sink so that the pin is sticking out into mid-air. I never let the pin touch anything. Then I take a cotton ball and some isopropal alcohol and rub my injection site with it to make sure it's sterile. I try to do it in the very meatiest part of my ass. That seems to cause the least discomfort for me. I take another cotton ball and soak it in alcohol and set it aside. Then I stick the pin in my ass where I rubbed the alcohol. I do it standing up and put all of my weight onto my "off-leg" so that I can keep my injectee leg totally relaxed. When I am finished injecting, I pull the pin out and immediately put the "set aside" cotton ball with the alcohol on it onto the injection site until the slight bleeding ceases. All done! Oh, it isn't that important to get all of those really teeny bubbles out of the cylender before you inject. Just make sure there aren't any big bubbles. Have fun!! ANARCHY!!
