I am a paramedic, here's how you do it. Place your right thumb on the crest(top) of your right hip, point your right index finger to the middle of your right butt cheek, stick the needle in. You can draw back on the syringe to check if you are in a vein (I have never hit one) if theres no blood in the syringe inject. Use a 22 or 23 gauge needle 1 to 1 1\2 inch length.
