my friend has asthma too, pretty bad. he seems to think that the a.s. will improve him cardiovascularly. he thinks that since it strenghtens the muscles, and our lungs are muscles, therefore they too will be strengtened by using a.s. he has used coriosteroids quite a few times and is getting ready to start his first cycle of a.s. i will let you know how he is doing. you do the same. lateron--phoneman
