Clenbuterol

I know I posted this before but I got no answer. I need to know if it is safe and/or effective to cycle clenbuterol with Ephadrin/Caffine/Asperine.
By this I mean:

2 weeks Clenbuterol (taken 2 days on 2 days off)
3 weeks Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin
2 weeks Clenbuterol (taken 2 days on 2 days off)
3 weeks Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin
etc....
