The best way to take Test Enathate ( Testerona 200)is to stack it with something else while taking high protein suppliments. To get ready for summer I am taking Testerona 200(Enathate), Maxigan (Equipose), and Testosterone Suspension. I am taking 1 cc of Test Enathate and 2 Equipoise for the first 4 weeks and then I'll add the Test Suspension for 4 weeks and then taper down. But if all that you have is Test Enathate I would recommend taking 1- 1 1/2 cc's per week while taking high protein suppliments. Remember to eat right and take some Cod Liver and Primrose Oil to help in aiding your liver....always be safe when taking AS. Hope this help......MUSCLE HEAD
