I've bought pins in Oregon with no questions asked. At Safeway and Payless. The last time I bought at Payless, they made me sign this "liability disclaimer" paper and took a photocopy of my drivers liscence, though. That sketched me out, but I thought it would look more suspicious if I would have just taken off and not bought under those circumstances. Needless to say that I never went back to Payless. My friend bought a box of 200 4cc, 23 gague x 1in syringes for like $30 at Fred Meyer no questions asked. A couple of days ago somebody said that Target was a good place to buy your pins. We have Targets here in the Northwest, too. Does any of this info help you? ANARCHY!
