What to do before your cycle?

I'm advising a couple of guys on cycle's right now and could use advice some advice on how to prep them on the weeks before they start. They are all starting in about 3-4 weeks. Should their workouts become more intense/less intense or stay the same. Do they need more calories than normal, more protein, etc.

Basically guys and well you too Lori, I'm pretty confident I know what direction to point these guys in once they start and when they finish but haven't read much about what to do in the weeks preceding the start date. Everyone is using low dosages of sostenon/primo depot/ and a two of the guys are using reforvit and dynabolon. Nothing heavy.

I would appreciate any advice you could give, especially you people that have cycled before and know how to approach each cycle. Interested in everything-Diet/calories/training/supplements/etc.

By the way all these guys have a minimum of 2 yrs training behind them and are pretty much at their natural peak, atleast they say. Thanks everyone...
