: For me personally, I know that my steroid related acne is caused by high estrogen levels. I have used two things to combat that problem effectively. The first one is to use 10mg of Nolvadex per day, my acne is caused by elevated estrogen levels and this helps to reduce that. Also, I have found that 4000 mg of Saw Palmetto in capsule form also works very well.
I tried something and it seems to work. I use Nizoral shampoo for hair loss during my cycle.(It works well) I also have found that if I use a back brush and apply to my back it reduces the amount of acne and also reduces the swelling of the acne that does remain. Just let the nizoral stay on your back for a few minutes and rinse it off. Do this 3 times a week and it
should make a difference.
