I've used a CKD (Cyclic Ketogenic Diet) like the Body Opus and Anabolic Diet. It works pretty damn
well, allowing one to shed body fat while retaining alot of lean muscle tissue. Its great for when one is
going "natural". Of course, clen/primo/winny will work better...
