300 to 400mg a week will work just fine especially if its your first cycle, but I would recommend stacking it with at least one other drug like an oral preference:oxy at 50mg/day or d-ball same dose , lenght of cycle 10 weeks it takes a while for the oxy to kick in but once she does man do you get strong
