I'm sorry to say your friend has fallen for the biggest dealer scam known to users. Every dealer has some "russian d-bol", usually the kind in blister packs with black or blue writing on them. It seems your friends guy didn't even have to go to that much trouble. He might have got lucky and got some repackaged Bionabol, but chances are what he got are ephedrine tabs. Take a couple and if you feel super strong, they're real, if you start shaking, they're ephedrine.
