BIG CANUK/CAJUN I'm confused: How to cycle DBOL and PRIMO?

Yo, I'm confused.

There was a posting earlier where one BB (Big Canuk) gave an example of
a cycle of DBol and Primo, but when I read that another BB (Cajun) gave TOTALLY
different cycle patterns I was confused!


Any adivice?
