: morning and 5mg at night. If 10mg doesn't work you can try 20mg. I've found that with tamoxifen though

I agree, I found that Novaldex can slow down
your gains a bit... remember you need a bit
of estrogen for things to go well. I realize
that in your case you may be getting a bit
too much. Afterall, you don't want to start
breast tissue development. If you're a
daredevil you can do a topical application to
the nipple area using DMSO with crushed
Novaldex tabs. I know this will cause irritation
but I have heard from some people that it was
effective.
